Do you split your oral dose?

Haha it depends on the goal. The purpose etc. some meds are meant to be taken throughout the day. If we’re talking about oral AAS… I think for adherence sake just take it all at once.

My sugar meds have to be split…am/pm.

I’m kind of surprised how diligent I am with them.

Kind of easy in my head though… right after breakfast and right after supper.

I only split ABOMBS when it started affecting my BP. Stupid tho. It still made my BP AFU. I just take orals 2 hours or so before WO as @PNWmuscle stated. Some orals as I’ve gotten older, I just can’t handle anymore. Another one in the last 3 years that’s fucked me up is winstrol. I was thinking of trying injectable, but figured it would be the same outcome, only deal with the affects longer so I didn’t try it.
