Domestic Expedited Shipping Fee

I recently made a domestic order and there was a mandatory expedited shipping fee charged that is much higher than what the actual costs are. I understand that there is an unmentioned handling fee included in the fee but…

When PSL says ‘expedited shipping’ that means to most of us that it will not take more than 2-4 business days to receive a domestic pack.

My order is on day 6 since payment sent and it is still several days out. For the benefit of PSL and to not give the get.jackedforums.com members the wrong impression I ask that PSL admin change the wording on domestic ‘expedited shipping’ to something that is more accurate to what the member will receive in return for the fee or improve the order process to justify the ‘expedited shipping’.

Is this a one off situation where they had to get stock from another location or is this normal procedure?
Have they updated you on why shipping is behind?
If you would like please send me as much detail as possible in pm if you don’t feel comfortable in public.
I will address this situation as I would for any member.
I just wanted to remind the members that I am here for you first always.

I can’t answer any of those questions because @Vision does not respond to my PM’s and he has not been on the board for the past 5 days. There is no need for you to get involved. I’m a big boy. The jollies are on their way. Just much longer than expected for ‘expedited shipping’.

The purpose of my post is to help PSL prevent future disappointments and to provide members with information. I think this source is setting themselves up for some member negative feedback because of the wording ‘expedited shipping’ for a domestic order and the fee associated with it. When we see the word ‘expedited’ we usually expect a domestic package to arrive in 2-4 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after receipt of payment. Blame Amazon for setting the standard! 😉

Thanks for posting, that’s about as long as my international order took to get to me. I could definitely see a member/customer being very dissatisfied in such an event.

I will let you handle this one but it disappoints me that this happened. They do well and perfection doesn’t happen. I also blame Amazon lol you know that I love my quote that I commonly use that “This isn’t Amazon”

I agree but at the same time sources can do a lot to help themself avoid false expectations by making things clear for us meatheads. PSL’s international process is sound but the domestic may need some work to prevent any future issues.

The greatest battles ever won are the ones that never needed to be fought. 😉
