Donating blood and blood pressure

I donate blood plasma twice a week, and take a electrolyte mag, and potassium supplement before and after donating.

The replace the blood with saline I believe, and the money pays my car note, and funds my cycle.

Also most places sell your blood from anywhere as low as 500-5k that is why the pay I don’t believe in donating for free, because its basically rob peter pay paul.

Don’t let it bother you it freaked me out my first time you go in they ask you a bunch of questions normal stuff do you have corona have you been around any one have you done drugs, unprotected sex slept with prositute AAS. If your on antibiotics and certain meds obviously don’t answer yes to them or they will not draw guess they dont want tainted blood they check your bp Unless it’s extremely high your good then check your blood i think for low iron and to make sure it’s not too thin or thick
You are on the upper limit with what you showed that’s why I bet you will feel better then they sit you in a chair stick I needle in drain a pint and your done
If needles bother you don’t look they do a good job of staying low key at mine make sure your hydrated and have eatin that way you will not feel weak after
You may get warm or cold while they do it. The will test it for free if they find anything weird they will tell you

And realistically I have told the lady about AAS before and she has just whispered don’t say that again your not supposed to tell me that but the good ones are smart enough to know when they see a massive ass arm with veins all in it.
