How are you getting cardio in? Don’t have time? Ill call bullshit . I hate cardio too but its gotta get done. 30 minutes and 20 floors, you could also walk fast and squeeze your glutes with every step for your lunch break at work if you dont have access to stairs

I’m on ladders and running stairs probably 4 days a week so I get a decent amount of cardio daily but I’ll admit, I need to add some more and actual cardio exercises to my routines.

Everything adds up…I never take the closest parking spot, I always take stairs over the elevator or escalator, I have a snow blower but never use it(my wife likes it), push lawnmower, hand till my garden,… I always try to find a way to burn a few extra calories.
