Eating every 3 hours

As long as you get all your nutrients you should be alright. Now spreading it out is ideal but 4-5 sessions a day should be fine
 
I try and eat every three hours just fo spread out the caloric intake fuck it hards to add weight at 290 but I seem
To be getting leaner while staying same weight so muscle is being added
 
Yeah I’m just gonna bring my lunch bag on site instead of leaving it in car. Fuck em lol I’ve been good with all my shit lately and even drinking a gallon to a gallon and a half of water a day the last two weeks
 
I used to only have 5 minutes for a break until lunch so I speed chugged a protein/oat shake.
I do my best to have my meals or shakes every 2 to 3 hours. If you can’t do it don’t sweat it. Serge Nubret had one of the best bodies ever and he only ate in the evening with 1 or 2 huge meals of horse meat, rice and beans.

I forgot who I was listening to but they were talking about him having the hook ups to the exotics at the time like parabolan. Funny how we have so many compounds at our fingertips now
 
His girlfriend smuggled parabolan from France for him. She was a flight attendant. Parabolan is just tren with the hex ester attached.
 
Yep I’m trying to remember who was telling the stories. But the name escapes me. Fucking all the different podcast run together at some point in my brain
