Everyone's preference for go-to vitamins while bodybuilding

I do use magnesium and potassium, taurine, and liver support. I guess I might need sodium but I’ve been adding more salt to diet and cramps have lessened
 
I get a crazy cramp every morning on my left back side that goes away within 10 minutes after waking up and walking around been having this for years and all the doctors say is I’m getting old. I can’t tell if it’s internal or muscular. Are you using the taurine as a pre-workout or what
