Actually, I used to just add in some shoulder stuff here and there, but have been pretty avid on doing a dedicated shoulder/trap day, along with wife by my side crushing it. I love the tight pain I get on shoulder day.

Wife keeps me motivated to go harder on shoulder day, because she’s a fricken freak of nature with her shoulders and traps at how quickly she gains in strength and physique.
 
Definitely shoulders, but I’m trying hard to make myself prefer leg days… I have an old knee injury that frustrates the hell out of me that I can’t do squats. I’ve found that I can do hack squats with a certain footing, but I hate not being able to do the beast of all workouts. Anyways, I’m trying hard to develop a leg workout that will equal doing squats, it consists mostly of variations of deadlifts, followed by isolated workouts after exhaustion
