I had a couple protein/oat shakes then did giant sets of biceps, triceps, and delts for an hour with bands. Post workout I had 1/2Lb of eye of round steak and a half box of rice-o-roni. Dinner will be 10 egg whites, boiled white rice, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and peas.
Before bed I’ll have another protein/oat shake.
 
Just had a rack of ribs for dinner. Fuckin amazing. In a bad mood though. Got notification an Amazon package was scanned and delivered. Ran into driver in my condo complex as I couldn’t find the package anywhere. Was trying to show him the tracking id to see where it was. Couldnt speak a single word of English. Not one. Now have to contact Amazon. Pain in the ass

I do TRT and run a very low dose of nandrolone with test cyp. The evidence for its usefulness for joint support is heterogeneous, as you point out. It’s probably just a placebo effect with me, but I don’t feel as achy since I began using it. Dosage, as prescribed, is 80mg/week.
 
Breakfast this morning was 4 eggs, a cup of grits, 25g whey protein, coffee. Biked to the gym (about 3 miles away) in the PM and worked back with rows and pulldowns. Biked home.
