Feb 15th edition of diets and training

Good morning @John and UGM fam. Probably training chest and triceps in about an hour. Working nights so I won’t eat until 5. Taco bowl, ground sirloin, low fat cheese, tomato, onion, Jalapeno’s, Greek yogurt on top of lettuce. As well as my usual protein shake and banana
 
I’m about to have my first protein/oat shake of the day. Today I’m supetsetting back and chest at home with calves to finish.
I’m letting my tbol and Cialis get into my bloodstream now before having my shake.
I feel pretty good today so I’m in a positive mood. Us old guys have to make the most of days like these. 😀

Like I stated I spent most the day ice fishing,made a new friend recent,he also has really good weed,I found out he like to ice fish we went 3x out of past 5 days,usually it’s pickerel n bass, yesterday we got 6 perch, I catfish,3 bass 2 pickerel he won, today we got 5 pickerel 2 bass, and a decent brown trout that I kept so today I win.

Sobriety on alcohol then and got me some psychedelics to use if I want a bit extra. It’s friends bday and beer festival thing cincinnati does be my biggest test for coke use but unlike past honestly does appetite me. I’m renting ky own place

HB eggs, yogurt, black coffee. Lunch was chicken breast and a banana. More black coffee. Boxing and push-ups after work.
