Hit arms this morning! Eating 13oz ribeye and 10oz sweet potato. Called the doctors for my elbow and finally think there gonna give me shots for my tendinitis in my elbows so hopefully that helps them

Love this thread! Breakfast was kind of an open faced breakfast sandwich with toast, avocado, goat cheese, tomatoes, and eggs! Sore as fucking hell, so gonna do legs today, and as @John has ALWAYS recommended…cardio 🤣!
 
Fasted till lunch and had chicken rice spinach and protein shake. Day 3 quitting caffeine. Felt it was hindering me I would usually drink a few cups of coffee/energy drinks every day. Overall a little tired but much less back tension that’s kid of the reason I wanted to stop. On a positive note got a new gym partner and joined a new gym. Place is awesome. Hope you all crush the day!
 
50gram Amplify Protein Shake with Almond Milk, 12 ounces of ice coffee with almond milk creamer, 3 large eggs & 9 ounces egg whites scrambled together, 4 Turkey sausage Pattie’s, and a Mission Whole Wheat High Fiber Carb Balance Tortilla Wrap.

About same brining shit every morning. About to switch back to toast and jelly, but the high fiber wraps work great.
 
Made the chicken parm today. A hybrid between @Kad1 and @John recipes. Used both fresh and shredded mozzarella

Dammmmm. Goood!!! So much better then the restaurant stuff

Looks great,I hate when I have to use shredded mozz,which was like the last 3 times,I want a fresh block.
 
Had strip steak back to chicken when I get home feel nauseous currently at gym. Fucking cardio
