Feb 4th edition of diets and training

Pretty basic breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, whole grain toast, and coffee! Probably not lifting today as I’m wrecked after my first 2 days back in the gym, but might do some cardio if time permits!
 
I often get dizzy and have a feeling of a lot of pressure on my face and nose on legs and chest day. But I don’t ever feel like throwing up. Even made myself bleed from nose once but I dunno why I don’t ever get nauseous
 
That was on probably the hardest workout day I ever did during that body transformation contest when I was using Tren and super d. So that makes sense
