I’m not a fan of medicine for small things like ills. I typically would rather let them run their course and allow my body to handle it. Only reason I’m like that is because I was heavily over medicated as a child, ADHD drugs, allergy shots twice a week for 18 years, inhalers for Asthma and allergies, etc. I was sick a lot until I was 12 or so, then after that I am rarely ever sick at all.
 
I hear ya. I was constantly getting tested for psychological shit as a kid. Had the allergy thing to for dogs and cats even though I always had a dog.

I still take Mexican antibiotics the second I detect it’s bacterial cause I like knocking the shit out quick. I hate working construction whilst sick.
 
breakfast was cereal with protein shake
preworkout meal: 300g jasmine rice 200g chicken breast
postworkout: 300g jasmine rice 200g chicken breast with monster bar
shake before studying: 2 cups frozen strawberries, 340g yogurt, 1 cup skim milk, ice, and 30g pb2 powder
probably going to have oatmeal or rice and chicken again before going to bed, doing schoolwork now
 
I rarely get sick so
It’s not that often And I always follow
The instructions and finish the recommended treatments.
