MARCH 13TH EDITION OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Afternoon all.Did a light leg workout at gym at 0400,couldn't sleep,and gyms open 24/7 plus I walk there and I love walking in the dark,like I'm doing some sneaky special ops shit,which in turn brings me back to iraq,the good ol days.Ok shut the fuck up John stay focused....
Breakfast was bananna,sesame bagel with creamcheese,peach chobani,4 real sausages,water.
Lunch was 2 turkey n Swiss,lettuce,tomato on whole wheat bread,2 glazed dunkin donuts,water.
1st dinner will be teriyaki glazed salmon,sliced thin almonds on top,a salad,water and cranberry juice.
2nd dinner will be cereal,honey bunches of oats.i didn't do calves this am,so will do them later in my apratment.Today I am grateful for the dark,in the dark is where the exciting shit happens.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Finishing up the last of my meal prep tonight. New menu tomorrow. Trained chest and shoulders today. Nothing exciting to report. Work sleep workout repeat.
