Unfortunately my appetites has been crappy lately.I can’t wait for my next cycle,want a bumper sticker that states,Life Is Better On Cycle.

@John i can eat like them but I just get fat with some
Muscle growth. Then again I don’t use that much gear either.

Some of these top powerlifters are eating 10000 plus calories a day and it ain’t clean eating. I read this one guys diet included a half a sheet cake for desert. And two loaves of
Bread with breakfast. Just nuts. Two loaves of bread and my abdomen would split wide open
 
And that’s why some of their guts are as big as their muscles,I don’t give a fuck as to what they can lift,I don’t want a big barrel belly to match my big muscles
 
3 whole eggs, 4 whites, 2 Turkey bacon, 60 g rolled oats; 6.5 oz chicken, 150 g jasmine rice, 50 g each black beans and corn; orange juice 8 oz, whey, 3 egg whites, high protein bar; 3 whole eggs, 4 whites, 1 slice black berry pie, 1/2 c baked apples, 1 rice cake, 1 tbsp PB, 1 tbsp strawberry preserves.
