Feb 9th diets and training

Evening gents. Sorry have a had a hectic few days.
Took carbs out of my 1 st meal and cut 2 tablespoons olive oil out per day starting Monday. Also switched my 6 whole egg last meal to 4oz ground Turkey with 2 eggs. Trying to speed things up a bit in my cut.
So far feel fine and training has been great.
Today was hams and rows.
Arms were yesterday had a great pump and actually pleased with how they looked
 
Sure hope your son doesn’t need that oxy you took. I had someone take a couple of my oxy and I ran out early needed them and couldn’t get a refill. That’s not cool man. I’m glad it was a shit experience for you.
 
I wouldn’t have taken it if he was using them. Appreciate the input. But he took one six days ago and absolutely hated it. Has been only taking ibuprofen and Tylenol since.
