Good morning @John Breakfast was 14oz ribeye, 4 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of maple sausage, 2 pieces regular sausage, and 2 biscuits. Pull session tonight. Not sure about productive today. Feeling like eating and napping all day. So definitely smooth day.
 
Ok motherfuckers,i feel better then i did this morning,i try to be accountable to UGM and post my daily shit,but sometimes i just can’t,like if i call outta work to my pops,im definitely not taking the time to post here,but anyfuckinways,my pops came over,and he just wanted to drink beers,and smoke weed,however im bullyed him into doin tire flipping with me,i needed it,i had to release things today,in some way shape or form,so we tire flipped back and forth for about 4.5 mins and he was fucked,so he went and did the treadmill,while i finished tire flipping.NOW were drinking beers and smoking a joint. Dinner will be,pasta,bolognese sauce but with ground turkey and salad.
 
I too have a update. No legs today. Went to the diner than the ol ladies crib to tap some ass…TWICE…got about an hour and a half of fuckin in today… so i guess it was cardio for me today…Now I’m just eating 8 ounces of chicken with some cheese dreading having to go to work. It be like that sometimes though. Also have two more 8oz chicken with 150 grams rice to eat at work. Homemade shake ready for when I come home. 5 meals non calorie densed. I guess I could stand to add an extra 50 gms of rice per meal. Anyhow… Legs tomorrow… Today was a rain check…😏. 💦💦💦
 
I’ve had the stomach flu for 5 days and I still feel like crap. I had a dry bagel and 2 slices of dry Dave’s toast for breakfast. Actually, I ran for the toilet after the bagel and exploded diarrhea while eating the toast on the toilet. I had a protein/oat shake in the early afternoon. I just made my dinner but I’m lying in bed until I have the energy to go eat it. I’ll have 10 egg whites with salsa, steamed rice, and I may have a dry bagel if my appetite is good enough.
I haven’t taken my daily HRT shots all week. Just don’t have the energy. I have the total weekly doses at 175mg test prop, 105mg deca for the joints, and 98mg masteron enanthate to fight estrogen sides. Hopefully I’ll be back in the heathy routine in a few days. This is just a reminder to me that health comes first. Without it nothing is good.
