Trained total body (squat, bench, DL, belt squat and hip thrust), then watched my wife’s workout… rolling on 2 fist fills of gummy bears, muscle milk, 2 plain rice cakes with 2 tbsp PB and 1 tbsp preserves… and just polished off a smoothie king activator recovery… been up since 5 am, I need real food
 
Did my rehab work tjen trained shoulders. Workouts are starting to get back to normal thank god.
Making steak Milanese for dinner. Sauce has been cooking since noon

It’s super easy,
Flour, seasoned with salt,pepper,garlic,onion
Bread crumbs, seasoned as well
Egg wash
Beef broccoli
Procutto
Flour the beef,
Dip in egg wash,
Cover in bread crumbs
Fry in oil
Let cool
Add procutto and mozz cheese bake till cheese melts
