You too bro. I had typical eggs. Went swimming a couple hours. Took daughter to McDonald’s and had some fries. Ate baked chicken right now and doing back later.
Hit upper body today started a program it’s a split and 30min of cardio . Breakfast was 40g whey protein, 80g special k red berries cereal and 100g mixed berries
Hit chest and shoulders today. So far just 2 eggs, some whites and a bagel. Will have a protein shake with a banana. Then a shaved steak sandwich. Probably making a chicken curry later for dinner.
Ribs sounds better than chciken and rice I think when I’m ready to add weight again I’ll start getting sauces for my meals make the rice go down easier
