February 28th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Hit chest and shoulders today. So far just 2 eggs, some whites and a bagel. Will have a protein shake with a banana. Then a shaved steak sandwich. Probably making a chicken curry later for dinner.
 
Ribs sounds better than chciken and rice I think when I’m ready to add weight again I’ll start getting sauces for my meals make the rice go down easier
 
I was a fine wit mixes up spice blends but now a a few I don’t even use cause it just turns me off of thee meal
