Good morning all.Protein shake and banana is it so far today.No gym.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Probably no training today again. Still not feeling it.

It’s been cooler (40’s) and drizzling rain up to showers all effn week. 24/7 bleak

I can see why lots of those folks up in the Pacific Northwest are batshit crazy.
 
Just had sub with ham turkey roast beef Swiss and thousand island dipping sauce
 
1.3 hours. I’m staying at hotel just to make it easier same place I drove back and then got food poisoning last time
