Good morning all.gonna do tris later.breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,4 pieces of bacon,3 pieces of whole wheat toast,peach chobani and strawberries,water.
No work today,hopefully starting a job next week.Gonna go for a hike in a little while.lunch will be taco salad,so crushed up hard shells,crushed up doritos,cheddar,beef hot sauce,sour cream,lettuce,tomato,red bell peppers.1st dinner will be chic parm,spaghetti and a salad.2nd dinner will be cereal maybe,CTC,or fruity pebbs,or golden grams,or honey bunches of oats,or coco pebbs,or honey nut cheerios,or frosted flakes,or honey smacks,possibilities are endless,depends on what I buy when I doordash my grocery list.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Hit back traps and bis. Had a bagel and egg whites pre workout then a shake with banana and strawberries. Felt like having breakfast again so I had a yogurt and granola with more egg whites. I'm probably cooking cheeseburgers for dinner

What kind of yogurt? Chose your answer wisely we don't tolerate oikos on this thread.

ICD for me. Working on my old man beach body for my upcoming vacation. Not to impress anyone, but let them know not to mess with the wife. 🤣

Man, I wish I still had it in me to eat breakfast. All I can so early in the day is some fruit and drink lots of water.
 
I used to eat first thing but I can’t wake up early enough to eat before work so instead I use it as opportunity to do hgh then eat 1-1.5 hours into work day.
