FEELING RECKLESS TODAY

Good afternoon all. No gym.breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 whole wheat pieces toasted,strawberries,coffee and water.
Lunch was chicken breast in a pan with cayenne pepper,soy sauce,sesame oil,basmati rice,daughter was here to hangout a bit,ate lunch with me...NOW,I'm getting to leave,see if I can't catch,some perch or trout on somewhat safe ice.

No gym. Shoveling snow earlier. I've been eating the usual, eggs ,toast, yogurt, chicken. Did eat my tuna steak finally lol. Ate it raw with rice and cucumber.
