Get a Withings Scale to track BF, Water Weight, BMI, ect. It’s helpful to see how your change in protocol effects these objective statistics on a chart. Consider sticking prescription for now… you don’t have time to get your E2 dialed in if it shots up and you really start putting on a lot of water weight. Plus you might cry at the wedding, nobody wants to be that guy haha
