Follow feature added

New follow feature added that you can follow users and then get a notification of their activity. and a different tab for people your following to see the threads. Mainly installing this for keeping with peoples logs and such where you might miss a post or you can follow a sponsor and make sure you get a notification of their promotions or whatever is going on with them without having to find the user and see activity.

Just click on a user you want to follow and click follow tag.
