OK. Fresh veggies. Cauliflower mash with a bit of cheese. And the star of the show a one pound filet mignon. Medium Rare. Reverse seared… now that’s putting on some quality weight. Cooked on my new charcoal grill… was fucking fantasticle.
Got a new grill for Father’s Day. Combo smoker/charcoal/gas. I reverse seared them using charcoal only. They were awesome. . Going to red meat diet on my bulk. Less chicken. More beef. See where that sends me on the scale. . Starting bulk cycle after the 4th. Can’t wait.
