So I am watching the documentary game changer.

This is advocating for plant based diets for athletes. It’s not saying eat less meat. It’s saying no meat. It is even saying fish and white meat chicken makes you less healthy than a plant based diet alone. This seems like it is a bunch of bs and made from some vegan group making meat look terrible. Has anyone else watched it? Is there any truth to it?? Have you seen it @NeuroRN they talk a lot about how it affects our physiology of our circulatory system.

Arnold’s even in it.

Yeah it is bullshit, eat lean red meat chicken, and seafood. That is my diet and works well. I dislike how they picked the one vegan athlete who has done good in weight competition compared to nearly everyone else who needs to consume large amounts of meat.

I do think high saturated fat meat like ribeyes, and like 70% lean ground beef is unhealthy though.

Ya it seemed like it was getting far fetched when the one guy who has only done ten minutes on the ropes can all of a sudden do an hour from just a couple vegan meals.

Then they started to say that eating vegan even makes your dick bigger I thought maybe this is BS. That why I threw it out there.

I get out to the east coast every summer and I enjoy the seafood out there just as much. Defiantly different but just as good.

I think it’s total Bull. The American heart association started from a radio contest sponsored by crisco. Fast forward to now, plant based oils etc are pushed and diabetes and heart disease are 10 times higher now than before the AHA suggested their bullshit diet.

Eat meat.

As a rule I don’t believe anyone that throws a blanket statement about health, nutrition, and exercise. There’s too many variables in genetics and daily life to say xyz is the only correct way.

It’s a major issue out here. Big oil wants to explore of coast of nc. It’s been back and forth for a while now.

American heart association founded by Crisco. That’s some bullshit marketing there. They always give deceiving names to bad stuff.
