Gear Storage in the cold

Had a question about keeping gear long term. My understanding is always keep room temperature not too hot not too cold. Long story short a buddy of mine was on TRT and continued collecting his scripts not using them which he is going to so kindly donate to yours truly. However he told me he’s kept them in his fridge!? Lol for like 6 months. Would this potentially cause any damage? I know extreme cold can crash test, but would a fridge?

I probably wouldn’t use them, just send them to me and I’ll make sure they are disposed of properly.

Yes it can definitely cause damage it needs to be kept between certain temperatures and also dark conditions away from the sun light helps keep it fresh that’s why you see some in brown bottles those last longer than the clear bottles.

This is exactly what I thought. From all research I’ve seen. It’s funny how much docs dont know. I just talked with him I guess they send an insulated cooler to store them in in the fridge. Seems pretty fuckin dumb if u ask me

Very strange are you sure its not a peptide or research chem I just can’t imagine why they would want it to be in the fridge especially testosterone

Yeah I’ve never heard of test stored in fridge. He wasn’t in an experimental group was he?

It actually shouldn’t degrade I wouldn’t bin it I believe that you can bring it back especially if it’s from a pharmacy once it gets warm you can shake the shit out of it plus just raise the temperature to warm and since its pharma grade it should come right back together because they use really good solvent and carrier

Yea def test, saw the script. He may have misinterpreted what they told him. They gave him a laundry list of shit. Peptides, B vitamin injects, L Carnatine, and Test. He may have assumed the test should be refrigerate along with the other stuff.
