30 145 5’4 body fat very low naturally have good physique. been planning 1st real cycle next month. Messed with orals in past but was young and had no pct hit the gym hard years ago before bad car accident. Been back at it on the regular with working alot I still make time surprisingly. Diet strict watch my protein intake and how much calories I eat each day. Low T runs in my family and also lots of health issues I’ve been lucky and always had great health just can never see decent gains but then again I dont hold alot of body fat. Getting before cycle blood work next week to see where I’m at these days. Will post blood when get them. Always open to learn more.

What are you exactly tryin to do? And your diet is strict, but how much are you taking in? I will be honest I don’t weight a lot, but uhh you don’t weigh nothin, your watching your protein and how many cals, and if you’ve never seen decent gains I would venture to say you need to eat more.
 
I’m getting about 2200 callories a day now and about 80mg protein a day just started meal prepping all my meals that way I have stuff for work. My body type is ecto-mesomorph

Sounds good. Looks like you have done some homework.
Depending on what your goal is , @John is right, you will need to up your food intake if you wanna gain weight and size.
 
I was hitting 200 g of protein a day at 2100 when I was first losing weight. And 260 when I was at about 2800 this last four round
 
Not sure what your goals are, but most asked tgat here already. Diet will change on goals, first run is always 500mg test a week split Monday/Thursday. If bulk cycle need to increase the calories and protein. That’s been covered as well. Give us a goal and we can help.

Sounds like a good start I’d really recommend focusing on your diet as well. It’s all about the diet. My friends were wondering how I got so big and I told them it’s all about diet and then they said yeah the steroid diet. I never told them but I guess the cats out of the bag haha Diet is the key. I’d also suggest titrating up your doses if you add any additional compounds because more doesn’t always mean more gains. Depending on how you respond to a particular compound you could have more sides while Joe Shmoe is doing triple the dose with no sides.

Yeah man I seen solid gains on my cycle, I ran low dose of Dbol and 400 mg test and low dose of npp. I have almost put on 15 pounds. Within the first month I gained about 8 lbs. That was before any of the compounds really started showing any results or I felt any effects.
I was force feeding myself for the first few weeks. I was averaging at least a 150 g protein daily and I’m really impressed with the results of this cycle.

I’m waiting on nolva clomid now and bloods before I start the test I never jump into anything without being pretty knowledgeable. My goal is to get my ads back and honestly put on more.muscle mass never went pass 145 naturally and I can eat. I push myself to the max all the time. Sex drive went to shit about a year ago big time my lady hasn’t been to happy but she understands things change from 10 years ago when we got together lack of motivation all that’s been noticeable for past 5 years esp mood. ain’t had blood work in long time dont even no where I’m at without them . I appreciate u all I will post results as soon as I can
