Getting desperate I think it’s TART time

It’s my quads. It’s possible that I’m just one feeling hat I have to em first time in my life and I’m not used to it haha
 
So true. You try to impose such discipline on your diet, you forget to listen to your body. Well, I listened last night and did exactly what it told me to do! HA!
 
Your getting real mass and alot less water being held. Your tendons are stretching with the continued muscle growth when they haven’t adjusted.

Stretching is definitely good brother you don’t want a set back your truly doing so well
 
When you stop progressing in one areas with it up. Don’t want to push harder get injured or get burnt out. Also I think the 8 weeks of sticking in mid rep range on bench did wonders for it when I came back to powerlifting style training
 
Same for me,I can eat a whole meal a hour before bed, and wake up the same weight
 
You definitely know your body much better than me I actually believe now that I remember everything that you are doing your on the right track.

I just saw that post and got worried but you have already begun to take care to make sure that no injuries happen that’s perfect brother.
 
Oh yeah I’ve just never felt my quads like they are right now like a they just seemed pumped at all times must be addi some muscle there
 
Yeah I ate 2/3 of it but it wasn’t good I’d rather get a dominoes carry out Brooklyn style and crush it
