So true. You try to impose such discipline on your diet, you forget to listen to your body. Well, I listened last night and did exactly what it told me to do! HA!
For sure it’s why I think doing hypertrophy and not chasing the higher weights will help as well less chance for injury and time let the tendons catch up with the hgh use and what not
When you stop progressing in one areas with it up. Don’t want to push harder get injured or get burnt out. Also I think the 8 weeks of sticking in mid rep range on bench did wonders for it when I came back to powerlifting style training
