What advice (if any) would you give to someone who is thinking about blasting and cruising?

Sorry my man. You need to give us a few details about yourself…cycle history, workout routine, diet, age, weight, BF, before we can really give you and accurate answer.

best advice one can give on such a small limited question… Stay committed and get bloods… staying on is a game changer, it’s a life long commitment, be prepared, stay prepared!

@TG @01dragonslayer

I started my journey about 10 months ago. Its always been hard for me to gain weight even in my college days as an athlete on scholarship. I decided to get back in the gym to get more fit and healthy about 2years ago. I’m 30yrs. Old/ 5’7/ 160pounds/8% bf
I been on 2 cylces. 1st consisting of just TE250.
2nd consisting of TE250 and Deca 300.

I was 133 pounds when i started my 1st cycle.
My goal is to put on about 10 to 15 more pounds and stay in that range.

If I can give you any feedback or advice to this, I would suggest staying off the scale because it can be the biggest mind-fuck. Let a mirror and the waistline do all the talking and the compliments that follow there after. The scale is merely to gauge where we are at here and there but don’t make a habit out of it because it can really set you back before you even gave yourself a chance to get ahead. The numbers don’t mean shit because I personally know some monsters and one comes to mind a 175’pounder that looks 200+ easily. Focus on quality and density, before you know it you’ll look like a million bucks…

keep those calories up!! i feel like when you start off it can take a while for the body to “need” to hold onto calories. i went from 170 to 220 natty. then 220 to 260 enhanced but have played around at 200-240lb bodyweights for some time. once you start to thicken up you want to slim down and vice versa… if you keep goals realistic you can will put on 5-10 real solid pounds in a year. or you can gain 20 then lose 10 on the stair master like i used to. also something like an inbody test can be more accurate than a scale, keep that in mind.

Just have realistic goals brother! As a guy who’s done this for 20+ years consistently and on TRT…concluding what I call moderately safe/ light cycles a few times a year… my goals is to hold on to 2-4 lbs of solid gains post cycle. Building mature, dense muscle takes time unless you are a genetic freak. I live by the ratio in terms of building muscle: 50% diet (nothing more anabolic then nutrient dense food), 40% consistent training regimen, 10% anabolics!
