I like anything Kirkland brand. They have their stuff third party tested. Costco also seems to have a niche at stocking quality products across the board. Usually fairly reasonable too

Day now that I cut out pop and few snacks. Adding in more veggies but it’s nice not overeating just to eat
I’ll only use protein powered if I’m trying to cut weight or if time isn’t on my side. Thinking of doing cream of rice and protein shake in mornings as eating right before gym doesn’t railways sit right
