This is my first post in a while under this account, I mentioned in my other post that I have been unable to access my old account @Ags43z
I have been on gear for almost exactly two years, done roughly three cycles of various lengths and have always dropped down and ran anywhere from 150-250mg of test in between cycles. Due to various personal and health reasons I think it’s best for me to come off completely. I am a few days short of 28 so would like to think my testosterone levels can be brought back to normal but I know this will be a process due to the length of time I’ve been using gear. I’m familiar with the standard nolvadex/clomid pct methods but would like some advise on pct protocol given my situation. I’m also considering consulting a doctor/hormone specialist who to help with the process and would like any feedback from people who’ve been through this before

Any chance you want to elaborate? Why wouldn’t you want to stay on TRT? Kids?

I’m not opposed to TRT as an option, however I haven’t been using official trt I’ve just gone with sponsors gear. The main reasons are that I want kids one day and my overall mental health. Also my blood pressure has been high and I get bad acne on my chest back and shoulders

@Zarathustra

Brother…. @Cluster has brought up a good subject that I could go on and on over.

Having/raising kids. In my not so humble opinion… this is quite possibly the biggest responsibility any one person can take on.

It also has a large part in the degradation of society has a whole.

The weather here is up and down from the 20’s-60’s and wreaking havoc with my arthritis so I can’t type out a diatribe right now.

I’ve read some about those and a lot of consensus is they’re not all that accurate. Do you have any experience with specific ones?

No nicotine or tobacco either.

I will stand strongly on the recommendation to see an endocrinologist. Be honest with them.

The higher you keep your testosterone (within reason/upper limit normal) and the longer you keep it that way, shows extremely high correlation to long term health and wellness in men. I would only stop taking test if I absolutely medically had to.

Otherwise, listen to @Aude_Aliquid_Dignu

I only drink on occasion and not much when I do and don’t smoke or use any tobacco. I have gone years without drinking in the past as it’s not something I really care much for anyways.

If I wanted to go the TRT route, what would be my best bet in terms of approach? Would a provider willingly give me TRT without seeing low T levels first? If I’m going to continue using testosterone synthetically I’d rather it be doctor provided and monitored

This is what happened to me. There’s a whole other story on why I quit using but I did after 30 years or so. My levels tanked to 60 something…had to test twice for insurance to cover it through my doc.

I’m living happily ever after.
