So Monday I’ll probably start back at gym I’ll be the first to admit my kinda not been in it and u may have been just surviving and but having a good time with my friend and his people the last week. My gym actually opened Saturday but with rationing food I saw no point in goin g in and doing anything if my calories from food was 1000 dayish everything else was shitty light beer calories. I should be able to get enough groceries this weekend that I will be able to eat around the 5000 or so mark going forward and see how that goes. I have no clue when or if I compete now. I’ll be honest though I feel I’m due for some good news eventually as September was a bust of month as a whole
