Breakfast = western omelet,(6 eggs) fruit salad,toast no butter,fake sausage,and a water.
Protein shake at 10:00 am with 2 raw eggs.
Lunch I just finished,two cans a tuna n hot sauce,bananna, bagel like nothin on it,not toasted,plain as fuck.And a great piece a apple pie.
Just took a few runs to dump with my dad,rain fucked us on work again.Im gonna do some chores,then do some practice shooting, then I will get in the tree about 3.Id love to get some in the freezer this early.im not lifting today.

Workout. Heavy squats tonight if my knee is up to the task. Been at a shitty Bio Fuel plant this week, spent the last 2 days watching HydroClean stand around, pick their asses and smell their fingers… fuckers are holding me up from doing my work. Bought a new smoker over the weekend, an Oklahoma Joes Bronco, put it together Friday night, seasoned it Sunday AM and smoked ribs Sunday night. No pictures of the ribs, but here’s the smoker

Few eggs, toast, banana, protein shake

Couple meals of chicken and rice

Wife is making chili and cornbread for dinner, looking forward to that. One of my ultimate comfort meals on a cold day

Pull day today. Hoping to have my intensity back for today
 
Went well, the thermometer on the front reads about 25 degrees off with my thermpro digital thermometer, so can’t trust that. But once I got it to temp, it held pretty steady, and got back up to temp quick without touching the baffles when I opened it
 
Breakfast 300g breakfast potatoes, 6oz bottom round steak, 200g egg whites, 1 english muffin w/butter
Snack: 6oz bottom round steak
Lunch: Qdoba burrito double chicken
Dinner: Probably chicken and some jasmine rice

I decided to completely change my diet as of 48 hours ago when I took my blood pressure and it was 174/125. Today my diet is:

10am: 2 scoops syntha-6 protein powder, 1 1/2 cups oats, fish oil capsule

1pm: 1/2 cup rice uncooked weight, 1/2Lb extra lean ground Turkey breast, some peas and carrots

4pm: 4 rice cakes and a pint of fat free cottage cheese

6pm: will be same turkey/rice/peas and carrots meal

9pm: same protein/oat shake with fish oil capsule

*** I already feel a bit better. I was feeling like crap for months. Time to get healthy. The only good part of being a bloated turd is the strength gain which I’m sure will drop but I want to feel healthy and have energy. Don’t want to die yet.***
