Didn’t lift yet,gonna do chest this afternoon.Breakfast was,vanilla protein shake,toast homemade strawberry jam,4 hard boiled eggs no yolk,water.Havin a coffee now. Be positive today,don’t sweat the small stuff,enjoy your day motherfuckers.
 
Hit back this morning. 4 eggs, 6 pieces of bacon. Two tomato tortillas 59cals a piece. Been trying everything I can the last 5 months to get my lats to show from the front butvidj if it’s working :person_facepalming:t3:🤣
 
Haven’t decided if I will eat breakfast or workout out first. Maybe a yogurt then some legs? Eggs, whites and some potatoes for breakfast. When ever I figure out what I am doing lol
 
246 g egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 2 sausage, flour tortillas… psychiatrist last night, squats tonight. Smoked a beef tenderloin Sunday, so fucking tender you could cut it with a spoon

I can’t say I’ve ever had that. Wife makes fried venison tenderloin. She’ll cut em up into nuggets.

I like pork tenderloin.

I’m a hog. I like it all!

Flatten a pork tenderloin out with a tenderizer until
It’s about 5/16” thick and as big around as a plate, then bread it with corn flakes, flour, salt and pepper, and fry it… it’s a fucking delicacy in the mid west
