Did bis this mornin,standing bar bells,preacher curls,hammer curls.Breakfast was 4 scrambled egg,4 wheat toast,4 fake sausages,R1 shake,strawberries.will have another shake in a bit.
Changin my diet up this week to see how I react. Vertical diet has been great for digestion and having me feel good, but just struggling to get enough food down for my macro goals
Sadly not haha. I’m slowly ramping up my calories though and at some point I’m going to have to incorporate some dirty food just to hit the numbers. Pack of pop tarts sounds good post workout
