Good morning boys,diets and training

Usual grub. Already got oats, whites, granola and chicken breast in me… spread out over 5 hours or so.

Doing upper this afternoon.
 
Changin my diet up this week to see how I react. Vertical diet has been great for digestion and having me feel good, but just struggling to get enough food down for my macro goals

Breakfast today
2 eggs
4 egg whites
2 slices turkey bacon
Bagel
2 servings reduced fat cream cheese
1 orange

Lunch going to have two servings pasta, 8oz extra lean ground turkey, 1 serving of pasta sauce

Preworkout meal. 200g cooked rice, 8oz ground turkey, soy sauce

Post workout. 2 scoops protein and a banana

Dinner will likely be salmon and rice

Probably some Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts before bed

Pull day today at the gym. Cycle has been going great. Really happy with my results and were only a fifth of the way in
 
Sadly not haha. I’m slowly ramping up my calories though and at some point I’m going to have to incorporate some dirty food just to hit the numbers. Pack of pop tarts sounds good post workout
