Just popped 50mg dbol and 20mg Cialis. Going to shower then for breakfast have 6 whole egg and cheese omelette cooked in butter, a bagel with peanut butter, a glass of milk and a 12oz can of V8 juice. One hour later I’m going to the gym to do chest and back alternating one exercise of each. My gym is way too crowed unfortunately to superset chest and back for each set.
My mom had a serious stroke 2 1/2 months ago which messed me up hard. I’ve been eating sloppy ever since. I call it my sloppy bulk season. Eventually I’ll go back into diet mode but I just don’t want to right now.

23 hours into 48 hour fast. Was working at assisted living place today. All them old people cooking pies and cookies and shit it was brutal. No gym today. Maybe tomorrow at end of fast do some cardio. Starting cutting phase resetting my body get it into fat burning /fuel reserves and deplete my glucose resiviors for a total reset.

I’m going to do 24 hours fast at some point soon juat to give my body a break from all the food I’m shoving in it. I call it a fast but really it’s just liquid diet for Burthday with maybe some pay’s thrown in. Don’t really get hungry while tripping
 
No, hallcins for me,they bring me to a bad place,and with my habit of reading war books and watching war movies,who knows where’s I could gone,the nearest mosque I’d venture to guess
 
It’s not fun but there are suppose to be a lot of other benefits to it like insulin sensitivity, speeding up metabolism, gut health, rapid cellular repair etc. so I’ll just suck it up. I can have homemade vegetable broth as I know what in it and extremely low calorie. Plus the sodium and minerals in it is important during the fast. So I’ve read!!
 
I get it. Am just messing with you. When I do a 24 hour fast (which I haven’t in years) I always use to start right after dinner that way I could sleep well and then the next day was easy just skipped breakfast and worked through lunch so I was distracted from work. Then just had to white knuckle it for a couple hours after I got home
 
InmeN after this run of work I’m doing I may just sleep for 25 hours straight so that maybe best time for it hahah. I’ve got 6 more 12’s till next day off I’ve work 12’s 8 out if 10 with one day off and one 8 hour day in there.
