Good morning everyone,diet and training

For breakfast I had,can a tuna with hotsauce,two yogurts,grapes,2 pieces a toast with homemade strawberry jam,vanilla protein shake.Im doin tris as we speak.Be thankful for the small things in life.
 
No bfast yet. Sitting waiting for fasted labs. Training later. Posterior chain and conditioning.

Not sure if I seen someone mention it here,I’m thinkin it might of been @NeuroRN or @Kad1 or whoever’s the fuck,but I got me some Black Death Wish coffee,seems to be pretty strong.
