For breakfast I had,can a tuna with hotsauce,two yogurts,grapes,2 pieces a toast with homemade strawberry jam,vanilla protein shake.Im doin tris as we speak.Be thankful for the small things in life.
Got a big birthday breakfast today, 8 eggs, 5 strips of bacon, 4 turkey sausage patties, 4 pancakes, yogurt, 2 bananas and a protein shake. Should be around 1600 calories so only 300 more than normal lol.
Not sure if I seen someone mention it here,I’m thinkin it might of been @NeuroRN or @Kad1 or whoever’s the fuck,but I got me some Black Death Wish coffee,seems to be pretty strong.
