my maintenance is around 4200 and right now I’m bulking up some so I’m at 6300. Not perfectly clean but making sure to hit the protein and fat.

246 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 sausage, 2 flour tortillas… 3 coffee, 1 Reign Thermogenic.

Wife’s PL meet was today, won Bench Only Open 165 with a 155 lb bench, not too shabby for someone who hasn’t benched ever except the last 12 weeks. I couldn’t be prouder of her! I saw a bunch of old friends from my old lifting team today too, good times and good memories…
 
I almost forgot what it was like to be at a meet! You would’ve thought I was lifting again… had to shit after her first attempt, and I was so amped up I couldn’t stop yelling and moving around like a tweaker… it was bad, I’m not a very good cheerleader l, but I think I coached her well! Wish we would’ve tried 160 instead of 155, but I wanted to make sure she got all 3 lifts
 
Today was banana 3 hardboiled eggs a chicken sandwich and fries from McDonald’s, then the fam an. Went to a nice restaurant and I ate fish and chips, alligator and some crab and shrimp stuffed
Jalapenos. I’m bulking,I lost a lot of bf and muscle when I caught covid and wasn’t eating. It’s Kool though bc. I leaned out.
