I just finished bis.At 7 I had can a tuna plain,4 hard boiled eggs,no yolks. Strawberries,vanilla protein shake.Now I need some carbs but not gummy bears,two bowls of raisin bran crunch.
Be positive today,tell someone you love and appreciate them.
 
Got up early hit some chest and tri before work. I’ve already eaten my eggs and toast and just had a yogurt and some cottage cheese.
