I just finished bis.At 7 I had can a tuna plain,4 hard boiled eggs,no yolks. Strawberries,vanilla protein shake.Now I need some carbs but not gummy bears,two bowls of raisin bran crunch.

Just an update. Too many carbs kept me in the shitter for about 2 hours straight last night…got bloated, and kept shitting like crazy. So yeah I regretted it.
