Top o the morning to ya motherfuckers. What’s for breakfast, and what are we lifting today?
I had 3 egg omelet, cheese n hotsauce, chobani yogurt, banana,apple juice, coffee.
I did tris,kick backs, skull crushers,and diamond push ups.
Kodiak Powercakes for me this morning with black coffee and a tbsp of almond butter and 4 oz. of orange juice to get the blood sugar right. I’ll follow with some ground chicken and rice for lunch. Probably taking the day off today from training, as I had a heavy chest and shoulders day yesterday, and those parts are still yelping.
I’m a day late and a dollar short… I got nothing. I ate some shit for breakfast, mostly 246 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 36 g choco PB Cheerios, 1/2 banana, 4 oz whole milk and 1 sausage. Didn’t eat again until 7 pm… smoked ribs, lots of calories. Pointless deadlift workout in there somewhere and cardio in the form of fucking my wife too. Lazy Sunday
