Good morning, Friday edition of,diet and training

No work today,got 2 doctor’s appointments,lucky me…breakfast was French toast again used Texas toast,4 pieces,turkey sausage 5,grapes,oj and water,R1 shake.Gonna do chest later.
 
3 day weekend like you @Poppy and I’m starting it on the front porch,a cold coffee,a joint,and the dogs are somewhere…

I’ve always wondered that myself when I have a doc apt in the middle of the day. What is all the traffic out for….
 
I’m also off today. Just me and the little one. Woke up, had my mandatory coffee, fed the baby, put her down for a nap and did a shit load of push-ups. Next stop is a walk in the park and a stop at the playground.
 
Me to,I got alone time all day,after we get the kid from school gonna do some apple n pumpkin picking,it shall be a stress free day.
 
Nice. Been practicing on my roof and since I have a compendulum sight it’s better from above.Do I even need to practice…

Funny part is look at the fletching on the arrows,all fucked up from being pulled the cardboard,yet look at the shot group,and people like my dad won’t buy cheap Walmart arrows,I said dad these arrows are beat to shit,and I put them in a group almost touching each other,you go ahead and spend 80 dollars for half dozen
