@John , no them ones come from under piles of cow shit… I’m talking about Morels, they’re fucking amazing when lightly breaded and fried, and they only come once a year, early spring after a string of wet weather followed by a few warm 70-80 degree days… find them around the base of dead and dying elm trees

The yellow ones are good, but the greys are fucking lights out! So much more flavor. They don’t get as big as the yellows either, I see guys every spring with yellows the size of a tall boy beer can, that’s all fine and dandy, give me a few dozen greys any size and I’ll be happy.
