Good morning training and diets,let's hear it

Good morning all.Hope everyone is doin alright this morning.So let’s get to it.Beakfast for me was vanilla protein shake, strawberrys,2 peices toast plain,1 can a tuna with hot sauce water coffee.Doin delts,now and later.Be thankful for what we have,not for what we dont have.Tell the wife,kids,someone you love them.
 
246 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, banana, Cheerios, 2 bacon. Not a lot of variety. Fast until 0900 or 0930, when ever my little tumpy tells me it can’t handle it any more. May try to bench tonight, nothing radical, work up to an ME 5 reps and hit 3-5 sets. Test some waters. Contemplating dragging my job next week in the middle of a critical shutdown and really putting the fuckins to my fuck face boss…
 
Doctor tomorrow @John, I need it, I’m ready, shits getting busy in there again, so perfect timing.

I’m good, family’s good, we officially got the house,waiting on all the closing bullshit,atleast another month before we move in
