What’s up guys, been a loooong time… wth has been going on? @John can you email me? I don’t even remember how to properly contact members 1 on 1. Delete if not allowed, but I need to talk to a vet please. Looks like there has been some major changes, and one affects me directly and I’d just like to chat real quick. Like I said, if not allowed delete and maybe tell me how if possible? Thanks bro’s

Good morning all.Hope everyone is doin alright this morning.So let’s get to it.Beakfast for me was vanilla protein shake, strawberrys,2 peices toast plain,1 can a tuna with hot sauce water coffee.Doin delts,now and later.Be thankful for what we have,not for what we dont have.Tell the wife,kids,someone you love them.

All right so I decided to go with legs and put a nice fat pre-workout in the mix…

Was thinking about benching today, but mama just informed me that when I get back to town from work she wants to take our grandson to the state fair to see the animals… soooooo, no workout now until Thursday, fuck! Oh well, time with the grandkid is better than anything in the world
