Good morning UGM,lifting and diets

Last night I ate a pack of pop tarts the first time I woke up,and a piece a pound cake the second time,but dont worry I wont even count those towards my macros for the day,their just a bonus.
So for breakfast it was, vanilla protein shake,banana,can of tuna with hot sauce,chobani yogurt,water coffee.Gonna do tris later.
 
Woke up late and got 30 min in at the gym cause I hit the pm alarms not the am alarms :person_facepalming:t3::person_facepalming:t3: Had some fruit, potato’s and some of my pork chops for lunch. Stomachs killing me today. Had two scoops of protein powder last night before bed which I haven’t had powder in awhile so I cramped all night idk if that was it or not tho 🤣🤣
 
Just ate an hour ago. Everything bagel with some leftover pulled pork. Drank some egg whites. First meal of the day. Had errands to run and they took longer than expected. On my way to blast some traps and shoulders.
