so on my way home from an exhausting…severely stressful day…i was frustrated…tired…i knew once i get home i was just going to head to bed…i would hate to miss another night of gym but its after 9…wont be home till just before 10…eh…i might still…but…then my buddy decided he wants to stop and eat…ugh…so i went…just had a salad…small house salad and a bowl of tomato basil soup…
so…there went another hour…so i knew for sure no gym tonight…really miserable…just want to sleep…
so once i got home ( i go through my gym in my basement to get in my apartment through the back door…i have the front closed off to keep the new cat who have been living in hiding for the past 4 months and wont come out except when i am gone…she ran out and in the back part of the apartment where my bedroom is…so the sliding door is wedged closed so she can pry back in like she did before…thats…another long story)…
so ya…i decided yo just lay there in my gym till i feel like doing SOMETHING…so finally i did…i started…shoulders…i was tearing it up!!..

i was tempted to continue in disbeliefe…but the tightness coming on along with sharp pain especially when i pressed in certain area…while i was confirming mobility…i figured to get on my machine…
i have a huge day at the project tomorrow as well as i have a second job i have to go to after hrs…and in the middle of this fitness goal…i m soo screwed…
so…seeing that i may not be able to lift for a whole while… if anyone can tell me what frequecies to put my zapper there to help me build or maintain muscle mass and density…please tell me…

i also have some balm i got from the asian store…
i dony know what torrow will bring honestly…but i imagine it will be hell and a severe challenge .
i have to sweat pipes tomorrow and close up a bathroom plumbing…over head work for the piping betwrrn floor beams …dry wall…install tiles…
then in the night…another very physical project we are 3 days behind getting done…
i need a miracle drug within two days at latest…any suggestions to help with this mess of a injury i just did please let me know
another reason why traing buddy is needed in order to push yourself to your potential…had i had a spotter…i would have been ok…this sucks
