First and foremost put together a training plan. How will you train to optimize size ?
Second- diet. How does your body respond to different diet strategies? How’s your guy health.
Lastly should be what Supps you may want.
Diet and training need to be paramount. People seem to gloss over this and think about the “quick” fix.
Not saying this is you , just athletes in general
 
Not me at all. 😅😅😅 I do have issues to fix at the moment, so I won’t be running anything till is fix. My biggest downfall been what to run, diet, plan and workouts could be easy manipulate.

AND my wife is a great partner helping with everything I need.
