hCG-only Cycle for a Natty

Hi Folks,

I have been browsing the boards and I ran across an interesting idea posited by @Rusty on @Tickle 's first cycle log. Rusty suggested running an hCG-only cycle for those who are under 25 prior to running gear. I was wondering what the community thinks of this and what types of gains and sides would you expect from running a certain amount of IUs weekly? Would an AI be necessary due to increased aromitisation?

my thinking would be that increased gonadal stimulation increases endogenous T levels which, in turn, acts as an anabolic agent by increasing endogenous T production.

I don’t know a lot,I’ve never used HCG,so quote me buddy

anabolic doc on YouTube talks about how hCG can actually increase your serum T levels to the extent of AAS when taken in high doses so I think it works hahah although I would not want to take a high dose or cycle it very long

I would not recommend it. If this was true, TRT clinics would be prescribing HCG only instead of test. HCG has a purpose, but running it stand alone to try and get above your natty test levels is not one of them

It probably increases T. It will probably increase your estro as well.

I would say it’s not worth it. If you have to run at high doses you’re gonna run through amps pretty quick. Which will get pricey. Your test was 900, if I’m recalling correctly. That’s excellent. You don’t need any foreign substances in your body.

I don’t recall that specifically. I often recommend running hcg during and after cycles. My TRT doc said hcg stand-alone can increase your test production by as much as 200-250. Don’t know what dosage is needed for that. But increasing your test by only 250 when your already at 900 won’t make much of a difference. You generally need to get your test levels over 2000 if running test only to notice difference

I wouldn’t do it. The problem with something like that is that is that at some point your testes will become desensitized to the HcG. It will indeed boost your test levels significantly, but then you’ll be shut down with no way to turn things back on except waiting. Do not recommend.

Agree with the guys here. If you were low T already like sub 400 I would say sure give it a shot. But if you’re at 900 natty the juice definitely ain’t worth the squeeze. Stay natty or look into running a Test only cycle.
