Hello Folks, kind of jumped the gun with my first post that got rejected (sorry again about that). New to the forum and this is the only forum I felt comfortable joining. Been a forum stalker for the last year or so researching. You all seem like a good group of people and look forward to picking your brains. Little about me male early 40s, 6ft 2, 182lbs, 13.4% BF. Former cardio junky currently in recovery lol. 2020 definitely helping with that as most of the runs I would of done this year got canceled. So the short of it mid 30 got lazy and over weight. Really let myself go and health was pretty crap. So course corrected to the extreme and dwindled down to under 140. Not a good feeling and outside of clothing pretty depressing physique, not to mention extremely weak. So had to repair my relationship with food and work on my body. I’ve grown to love lifting weights, challenging my body this way has been life changing. It is just as much mental as it is physical. I did have low test which put me at a wall pretty quick. So just finished PCT on my second cycle. Feel great nothing crazy, 500 test e and 150 npp. I also added an AI. Im ready to go into my 3rd and add an oral. My focus is for the long term, ive developed great habits and as long as im getting were im going I can be patient.
