Hello Iron warriors

Big482

Well-known member
Thanks for the invite Big Murph. I been in the iron game for 26 years now. I been competiting since 2010 . Been using AAS’S for around 9 years . I trained naturally for 15 years and basically had peaked natural and wanted more . I know the math doesn’t add up for natural +AAS time. I was wounded in Iraq in 2006 and spent 2 years in a wheelchair and learning how to walk again. So in 08 I got back in the gym . All 155lbs of me . Down from 215-220 before I was wounded. But something was very diffrent when I built myself back up in 2008 . After about 6 months I was back over 200lbs but it was a fat 220 . I was doing everything right . So I got my test level checked and it was 20! Not a misprint 20. My spinal cord injury and TBI had knocked my testosterone production loop basically out. Got on trt if 200mg of test cyp a week and the rest is history. I am now a NPC national level competitor. Glad to be here . I have lots of knowledge to offer and always up to learn . If you have a injury I am the man who has figured out how to train around a 4 level spinal fusion, shoulder surgery, bicep surgery, pernoneal nerve dysfunction and compartment syndrome and win open class Light HVY at National qualifier and now band heads in the HVY weight division at National level.

Thanks again Big Murph . Glad to be here.

Welcome to the community brother

Yes the dr was suprised to. He said he only had 1 other person with a lower level of 10 and they had come off cycle for a month and didn’t do a pct . He gave me a " booster shot" of 300mg for first 2 weeks. Needless to say I felt awesome and lifts wentry through the roof by week 4 on on the 200mg dose after the booster shot. So 9f course I thought hmmm this is great. I got ahold of some real jelfa omnadren and Irainan test e amps and was off to the races. To this day Testosterone is by far my favorite compound . Add in some proviron and a AI and watch the strength and muscle pile up.

I forgot to mention we have a ugm veterans group that is for real veterans only so that veterans can talk amongst each other in confidence.

Nice work…and thank you! I don’t care where when how, but I consider it service to me and my loved ones. I’m a wimp especially at 18, thought I was tough but if I don’t have my special pillows, I’d awol. So, seriously thanks and kick some ass onstage…as long as your not doing masters ( jk💪)

Welcome @Big482 proud to have you. Thank you for your service bro means a lot to me.

Awesome recovery and looking good bro. I may step back on stage later this year. Still trying I pick a show. Time to get back on national stage again.

The young guys are making it tough on us old guts. I probably have to get in the Super Hvy now . At 5-11-6’ foot it’s hard to bang heads at 225lbs with a guy next to who is 5’6 225 .

Thanks man. Bodybuilding actually saved my life . The dr said if my spinal erectors hadn’t been so big from deadlifting I would have surely been paralyzed from the waist down.

I try to tell my story so people know you can push past almost any obstacles if you are mentally strong enough. Bodybuilding is about getting rid of excuses to " I can’t , I don’t have time , it’s to hard " . I am living proof you can . ! Legs are not the greatest but they get better every year .FB_20150616_21_16_58_Saved_Picture_0|366x500
